Wow.. what a journey! Melissa helped me and my wife sell one house and buy another and I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent! She does what any agent would do for their client: pull comps, advise on listing/buying strategy, show houses and locations; but what was most impressive to me was her responsiveness. We would text her all throughout the day (and night) with questions asking for advice or to pull more comps or look up obscure tidbits of information for various houses and she would always hustle to get us the information. Sometimes in the middle of house viewings we would wonder about something out loud and we would turn to her already on the phone calling the seller's agent trying to get an answer. She was always honest when we sought her opinion. She was patient when we nitpicked little things about every house. She helped us narrow down our choices by asking us questions instead of overly pushing the sale. Overall, extremely happy with her as an agent. We ended up finding our dream house in a dream location at the price point we wanted. I am definitely going to recommend her to all my friends.

Jim and Brett were the best we could ever ask for. Our house was staged, put up for sale, sold in a few weeks ( one weekend of open house) and sold above the asking price. Very professional, thorough, and extremely helpful. No pressure was ever put on us for anything to do with selling and every question and concern we asked about was answered in a very timely manner.
