Recently Niche.com came out with their annual school ranking lists. Owning a home in a great school district can have a positive impact on the value of your home. Considering this, even if you don’t have kids, it may be a variable to consider if thinking about the future value of your home or desirability as a rental in the future.

Saratoga High School, Saratoga
Los Altos High, Mountain View
Los Gatos High, Los Gatos
Cupertino High, Cupertino
