Home Sale Price Exceeded Everyone’s Expectations
The Holt Team sold this beauty at Communications Hill in San Jose last week and it sold for much higher than expected! We had one weekend of open houses and received 7 strong offers the following week. Based on the recent nearby comparables, we expected to receive offers in the $1M price range but 4 offers were over $1.05M and the home sold for $1.1M! We exceeded our clients' expectations and now have a very happy seller! =)
